About the Artist Carla Cescon, who currently lives and works in Sydney, taught photography at Sydney University and East Sydney Tech following her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree at Sydney College of the Arts. She worked on the Arts on Air program for Radio 2SER and currently works as a visual arts and craft coordinator for people suffering mental illness as part of the Loose Projects collective. Since graduating in 1997 Carla has had ten solo exhibitions in both Sydney and New Zealand. Carla’s collections include Saatchi & Saatchi, Wellington, National Gallery of Australia Canberra, Michael Lett Gallery Auckland and Stark White, Auckland.
